Meet "The Hulk"
Steve “Hulk” Bynum is a personal trainer; life coach; competitive bodybuilder; and entrepreneur. He is also a former recording artist and aspiring actor, and fashion model. Steve holds many titles and is currently working to publish his first book!
Additionally, Steve customizes fitness programs based upon his clients’ needs. In 2016, he formulated a training program for incarcerated youth. Steve also gives back to the community by providing free haircuts, fitness classes, and weight training classes to youth.
Personal Trainer
Steve is an ISSA-certified personal trainer. Over the course of his personal training career, Steve has developed exercise plans to match clients’ fitness goals; educated clients on nutrition, body mechanics, and body chemistry; and demonstrated various techniques for muscle development. His clientele includes:

Competitive Bodybuilder
Steve competes in various bodybuilding competitions, including the NPC Mid Michigan; Central States; and Michigan Bodybuilding Championships. Steve’s competitive bodybuilding career began in 2019. Following are the awards that he has received:

Entrepreneur
Steve is the Founder and CEO of EXFRAME LLC, a full-service, upscale mobile health and wellness firm that specializes in personal training, massage therapy, and custom blend sea moss products. Within the EXFRAME family is a sports clothing line created by Steve.
In 2020, Steve triumphed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by conditioning himself and developing his own dietary supplement. His infused and custom blend products of sea moss are top of the line. Most recently, Steve added bodybuilding consulting to the EXFRAME brand. Steve has clients/customers across the country. Upon request, he travels cross country to service said clientele.

Recording Artist
As the son of the late Barbara Bynum, a Primette (the first Supremes), music is automatically in Steve’s genes. With an emphasis on rap music for 20-plus years, Steve cemented his role in the music industry as one-third of the rap group, Who?Sane Asylum. He later pursued a solo career. The group, and Steve as a solo artist, performed in various cities during the course of those years.
One of Steve’s most rewarding accomplishments was a compilation album with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
